Camping Opportunities
There are 3 Cub/Parent overnight opportunities each year. Below were the dates for fall of 2005. Please look for the 2006 schedule when the District announces it's new calendar. In addition to the Cub/Parent overnighters, there is the Broke Back Dog Challenge, (held in early December), and Pack 243's Family Overnight Campout.

Oct 6 - 8 --- Camp Cocohatchee

Nov. 2 - 5 --- Lakeland Regional Airport

Dec. 3- 4th ---- Broke Back Dog Challenge! - Camp Miles

Parent Training
Training is the key to a quality program. Adults have opportunities to learn more about the scouting program through Pack and District Training. Beginning in the fall, the District will offer training for Fast Start, Youth Protection, & New Leader Essentials. To understand more about the different types of training see Training Summary
